Croatia is quickly becoming one of the most attractive destinations for labor workers from India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. With growing demand in construction, hospitality, agriculture, and factories, workers are finding legal opportunities to earn and build a secure future abroad.

Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

You must be between 18 and 50 years old, have a valid passport, and be fit to work. Employers will also require that you do not have a criminal background.

Step 2: Apply with SIS International Recruiters

To apply, send us your CV, passport copy, photo and working video. We will match you with the right employer. Some jobs may require a short interview or skill test.

Step 3: Receive Offer Letter and Contract

Selected candidates receive a legal job offer letter and employment contract, clearly mentioning salary, working hours, and benefits.

Step 4: Work Permit and Visa Process

The employer applies for your work permit in Croatia. After approval, you apply for a long-term work visa (D Visa) at the Croatian Embassy with documents like passport, work permit approval, contract, and medical certificate if required.
